**Hours**: 40 per week

**Position Overview**:
The purpose of the role is to provide quality delivery and improvement of a range of procurement and contract delivery activities. This role is critical in developing and maintaining key strategic partnerships and providing expert advice to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of procurement related services. You will provide high level procurement advice and coordinate all procurement activities for new and replacement ICT contracts, be responsible for cost reduction, improving service delivery and identifying well informed solutions to procurement issues.
- Prepare key procurement documentation in a timely manner and to a high standing, including a Procurement Plan Minute, Evaluation Plan, Risk Matrix, Contract Management Plan and RFQ/T documentation.
- Conduct due diligence in reviews of competitive bids, vendor reputations, cost and service comparisons, to make informed recommendations to best fit the business. Produce high quality documentation across the procurement lifecycle and reporting information as required, such as briefing material, communication artefacts and status updates.
- Make a significant contribution to innovation, changes in workplace practices and business improvement in the procurement and contracting space.
