**Your new role**

Ready to partner? Day to day you will be working with a varied portfolio, focused on typical HR Business Partner duties such as coaching, performance, policy interpretation and mentoring. You will also be involved in some exciting HR projects that are taking place throughout the year, across areas such as change, implementation and process improvement. This is your change to jump in to a role that is both operational and project focused.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Previous experience managing change conversations is essential, you will be a coach and mentor able to support staff at all levels. Ideally you will have worked in the community sector previously. You will have strong generalist skills, across employee relations, coaching managers, policy review and HR basics. This organisation is seeking a true partner, someone who can guide, coach and support the junior HR team members and their portfolio.
