**ASQA and SVTS Compliance Officer/Manager Wanted**

At KAL Training, we are looking for a compliance officer/manager. KAL Training has held the skills first contract since 2000 and dedicated to provide quality education to its cohort.

**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Officer/Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our compliance with SVTS and ASQA regulations. This includes:

- **Deep-dive assessments**: Conduct thorough and meticulous reviews of program frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to the SVTS.
- **Expert guidance**: Provide tailored advice and support to curriculum developers and trainers, guaranteeing programs stay within SVTS boundaries.
- **Risk mitigation**: Proactively identify and address potential SVTS compliance risks,implementing effective countermeasures.
- **Documentation guru**: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all SVTS-related activities and audits.
- **SVTS advocate**: Champion industry best practices and keep your finger on the pulse of evolving SVTS regulations.
- **Who you are**:

- An SVTS aficionado with in-depth knowledge of its intricacies and interpretations.
- A seasoned compliance professional with proven experience in the VET sector.
- A meticulous documentarian who thrives on accuracy and organization.
- A clear communicator who can translate complex regulations into actionable insights.
- A proactive problem-solver who anticipates and tackles challenges head-on.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience in the development and delivery of VET programs.
- Knowledge of other relevant regulatory frameworks like ASQA.
- A qualification in compliance or a related field.
