**About the Opportunity**

The Yoghurts & Desserts manufacturing site at Thomastown is seeking an energetic HR Generalist to provide comprehensive, pragmatic and customer focused HR and IR support in line with the Business direction and strategy. We are on a growth trajectory, and this role will help drive our future growth.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will add value by partnering the leaders to ensure effective delivery of people and culture strategies and continuously improve the company’s people agenda. Supporting a team of approximately 80 people across the Factory, Sales, Marketing and Administration, you have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the business. You will spend time on the factory floor, getting to know our people and the ways to best support them.

.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- First point of contact for all HR related enquiries, dealing with all HR issues in line with company policies and procedures
- Drive engagement and culture through close partnering of leaders, communication and capability building.
- Manage any complex case matters in conjunction with safety and other functional HR areas, with support from senior HR managers
- Engage with relevant union to resolve disputes and grievance management and provide base level IR advice.
- End to end people processes including recruitment, Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, Career Development, Individual Development and Performance Reviews.
