**Our clients are a leading Geotechnical Engineering company who are delivering significant and major projects in construction, infrastructure and land development across Australia**

**Seeking an experienced Geotechnical or Civil Engineer to head the NSW Geotechnical Division for the business, managing a team of engineers while overseeing the growth of the department.**

You will be a key asset in providing geotechnical support on all work, winning projects and technical project support and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Engineer Geology.
- **Minimum 15 years experience in planning, managing and delivering site investigations.**:

- Ideally Chartered CPEng or Cgeol and RPEQ/NER Status.
- Knowledge and experience in: HR, Finance, strong stakeholder relations and communications, high diligence in WHS.
- Proven and strong leadership skills
