**What you'll do
- Risk Management — providing advice & support for all risk management activities in relation to Trolley Collection and Cleaning contractors;
- Compliance - ensuring compliance with internal policies, relevant contracts/agreements and all legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with an internal Compliance Plan for Trolley Collection and Cleaning contractors;
- Compliance Audits — Assisting with the day-to-day management of the Audit Process and ensuring the audit program is delivered as per the schedule;
- Fair Work Ombudsman - investigate any instances of non-conformance as reported by the office of the Fair Work Ombudsman and via our Supplier Speak-up platform in relation to Trolley Collection and Cleaning contractor queries. Provide guidance, advice and assurance to all stakeholders and carry out planned and random site inspection audits as required at all Woolworths Group Sites.**What you'll bring
- Audit and Investigation experience in an IR capacity
- Strong understanding of FWO awards and ability to interpret Experience in facilities management soft services such as; Cleaning, Trolley Collection (desired)
