We provide services and technology to enable the circular lifecycle of a drink container. Our services include IT technology, payments, brand experience, customer support, and materials trading.

Container Exchange Services (CES) is a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Lion that was established to provide scalable and sustainable solutions for Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia and around the World.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced IT Software Trainer who will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our clients.

You will have experience creating user onboarding and training programs, develop and curate training material, and clearly communicate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand way.

You understand company strategy and creates guided onboarding content both for internal and external users of our systems and platforms in line with strategy.

They need to be able to effectively teach people how to use new software tools or features—this often requires them to create custom exercises and scenarios that help learners practice what they’ve learned.

**About you**:
Proven 5 Years+ experience as technical trainer for SaaS software
- Extensive experience in design, development and delivery of training programs
- Extensive experience of delivery of technical workshops in client environments
- Demonstrated experience communicating, consulting, collaborating and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders

Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
