**Community Cricket Officer (Casual) -Narrogin**

Are you passionate about cricket and looking to make a difference in schools across Western Australia? Do you have excellent relationship building skills and a knack for promoting sports programs? If so, we want you to join our team as a casual Community Cricket Officer.

WA Cricket is committed to fostering a love for cricket and promoting the sport across schools in Western Australia. We work closely with educators, students, and communities to deliver engaging cricket programs that inspire the next generation of players and fans.

Some of the tasks that will be asked include;
- Deliver school cricket programs/clinics and promotions that are targeted and designed to achieve a clear participation pathway from school to community cricket programs and competitions.
- Assist in the training of School Ambassadors and other deliverers of school programs, so that teachers can continue to develop and encourage school level participation in cricket.
- Organise and coordinate localised primary school Woolworths Cricket Blast School Cups.
- Promote Woolworths Cricket Blast in the community to increase participation.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to teach and interact with people of all ages, gender and backgrounds, including key stakeholders (e.g.: teachers, principals, volunteers), strong time management and attention to detail and ability to engage with children to drive participation. You will need a valid Working with Children Check, your own transport and WA Driver’s license.
