McKenzie Aged Care Group has been operating in Australia for over 20 years. We have now joined the **Bolton Clarke Group**, one of Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care, operating nationally and internationally.

Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. With registered nurses and care staff at our homes 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

**The Location**

Rosebrook, a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. It's a beautiful home with a great team and General Manager.

**The Job**
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care, assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents
