A bit about your role

The team is responsible to directly drive the success of the Inventory Management team’s objective to control and manage inventory throughout nbn and external partner supply chain network.

As Inventory Management Analyst, you will be responsible for reconcile; analyse & transact inventory positions related to Supply processes. Perform Slow and Obsolete material reporting, analysis and task co-ordination to ensure effective material management. You will work independently with external partners to identify, recommend, reposition or return inventory to drive efficiencies and accurate category stock on hand reporting, stocktake activities & reconcile material positions to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Apart from that you will also be coordinating and reporting across internal departments (Financial Control; Commercial Finance; Supply; Delivery Partners, Construction, Activation and Assurance managers) and external nbn partners as required.

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and background in supply chain, inventory, finance &/or relevant analytic field. You should have natural influencing skills with excellent communication and an ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders and Delivery partners.

Apart from that, having Commercial negotiation/ Reconciliation experience is an advantage with analytics and reporting skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP system.
