The opportunity.

They service at all levels of government and private sector organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand. One of their main functions is to assist owners and managers of large, multi-site, geographically distributed building asset portfolios to collect and analyse data that assists them in making key business decisions.
- Undertaking technical surveys and assessments of buildings and related site facility assets to ascertain condition and compliance against relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support other project team members to undertake technical surveys and assessments of buildings and other site facility assets to ascertain the existing condition and operational performance of such assets.
- Use audit tool software for on-site data collection.
- Assist with the analysis and preparation of technical reports from the survey and assessment findings.
- Assist with creation of scope of work and elements lists.
- Assist with the preparation of Fee Proposals / Tender Submissions for small projects.
- Assist in preparing OH&S documentation (inc. SWMS, JSA, etc) for Projects, and monitor Project stages on the Project Manager document as required.
- Participate as required, in the Company’s activities related to the use of Drones.
- Engage with relevant industry bodies and maintain the companies' profile in the market place.
- Undertake role in accordance with agreed role specific critical drivers and KPIs.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of corporate management systems and client delivery products and services.
- Assist with the use of thermal imaging equipment to locate and identify wiring problems, water ingress and water distribution faults.

About You
- Be interested in Building management, condition assessment and building code compliance.
- Have a keen interest in learning the verity of roles that exist within the building consultancy space.
- Have a positive outlook and great communication skills.
- Be seeking a challenge and opportunity to develop with the company.
- Ideally have some experience or exposure to construction, Facilities management, Auditing or Quality Assurance.

Necessary Requirements
- Full work rights in Australia.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and current drivers license.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
