Our Client is a boutique, reputable and well established Insurance firm who specialises in accident and sickness protection. They are seeking a proactive team player who is self-motivated to join their fun and dynamic team based in modern offices in Manly.
Specific duties include:
- Completing initial claims assessment sheets with detailed action plan
- Managing of claims from notification to file closure
- Updating, liaising, responding to & answering questions from brokers, claimants and stakeholders
- Conducting timely investigations in relation to coverage and medical issues
- Engaging with appropriate experts to assist with claims assessments
- Managing an effective diary system
Salary guide is negotiable on experience. Standard hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm and offer flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week after 3 month settling in period.
