**The Company**

A privately owned specialist civil engineering design consultancy who have been operating in the market for 15 years. With a great variety of clients they deliver a range of land development, urban development and road infrastructure projects with offices across NSW and Queensland.

This position would be based from their small office in the Newcastle region, providing a relaxed environment as well as a friendly and supportive culture where employees are central to everything that they do. A great opportunity to work for a medium sized company outside the city.

**The Role**

As part of their growth strategy, a key hire has been identified for an experienced Civil Drafter to join the team.

**The Responsibilities**
- You will report into the Senior Civil Drafter
- You will work across projects of all sizes including:

- Urban development
- Land development
- Road infastructure

**The Requirements**
- 3 years + experience working as a Civil Drafter within an engineering design consultancy environment
- Experience working on land or urban development projects
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia
