The Regional Manager WA will provide strategic direction and leadership whilst overseeing the operational management, governance and commercial responsibility of the Monash IVF Group business in Western Australia. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will coordinate the service delivery in the WA clinics and ensure the teams are delivering the best-in-class patient care.. Working collaboratively with the Regional Managers across Australia, as well as the local leadership teams, the role will focus on ensuring the readiness of the facility, resolving day-to-day operational matters, and promoting the growth of Monash IVF Group. You will drive Employee and Clinician engagement and your well-respected leadership style and ability to build positive relationships will enrich the workplace culture.

**Influencing and leading a growing network of clinics, the Regional Manager WA will be responsible for**:

- Working collaboratively with all Regional Managers and key stakeholders in aligning local service delivery with a nationally consistent approach in patient experience and scientific delivery
- Leading the development and implementation of the organisation’s strategic direction
- Establishing effective working relationships with clinicians that drive value and growth
- Ensuring efficient and effective procedures are developed to enhance patient experience delivery
- Providing day to day support, direction and mentoring for direct reports, including support and advice on complex case management, service delivery issue and responding to critical incidents
- Promoting a patient focused culture across all service delivery areas
- Managing annual state budgets, including monitoring revenue and expenditure
- Working collaboratively with Marketing to identify and define the customer experience
- Driving engagement and an inclusive workplace culture

- Post graduate tertiary qualifications in science, healthcare or a business relation discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
- Contemporary and broad knowledge of the WA healthcare sector
- Knowledge of the healthcare quality systems, accreditation processes and regulations
- Advanced project management skills
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
- Previous experience in a leadership or operational management role
- A desire to lead others and accept accountability for outcomes
- A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Mission and Principles
