What does the job look like?

We are looking for MC truck drivers with B-Double experience to safely deliver general freight on linehaul deliveries to Tarcutta, Clybucca, and Wagga. This position will be based in Chullora. The role also includes local drop-offs and pickups when required, therefore familiarity with metropolitan Sydney will be advantageous. We have positions on evening/night shifts with start time varying between 1900-2100hrs, Monday - Friday.

Key areas:

- Deliver general freight on change over runs to Tarcutta, Clybucca, and Wagga
- Daily prestart checks, including refuelling & maintaining truck interior
- Comply with Linfox’s coupling & uncoupling procedures
- Ensure loads are restrained appropriately
- Communicate effectively with other drivers, supervisors & customers where needed
- Commit to Linfox Safety Standards at all times to ensure that Vision Zero is a daily focus

Are you the one?
- Open MC licence with Basic Fatigue Management
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in changeover/linehaul work
- Familiarity with linehaul interstate changeover and/or direct
- Coupling and uncoupling experience
- The ability to manage your fatigue
- History of safe work practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
