**About the role**:
We’re looking for a Training Specialist to work in our new state of the art temperature-controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) located in Redbank, Queensland. This role will be key in moving grocery products through our supply chain to provide seamless in-store experiences for our customers.

As a Training Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering training programs to new team members, ensuring their safety and success. You'll also have the opportunity to identify additional training for existing team members to drive continuous improvements. You’ll work closely with the Training Manager and have a chance to make a real impact.

**About you and your skills**:

- Experience in a Training and/or Development role
- Demonstrated ability to assess training competency
- Experience in facilitating induction programs, technical training and blended learning solutions in operational environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, influence, coach, present to and manage relationships with various levels of management and teams
- Ability to manage business expectations, ensuring that BAU activities are completed whilst adding value
- Forklift Ticket mandatory
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment mandatory
- Relevant degree, diploma or tertiary education is highly regarded
- Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Genuine interest in the growth and learning of others
- Knowledge of Lean, 6 Sigma or similar operational continuous improvement and excellence programs would be advantageous
