We are seeking a qualified, reliable Roster Coordinator at Yahweh Property Care. You must be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You can demonstrate client-focused behaviour, show empathy, and treat others with dignity and respect.

**How you’ll make an impact as a Roster Coordinator**:

- Complete and provide fortnightly rosters to all Yahweh Property Care staff employed in the community living program
- Ensure rostering complies with Award conditions (Schads Awards)
- Identify and assess employee availability, capability and suitability to effectively match resources to business requirements and to maximise utilisation.
- Engage with all stakeholders, including but not limited to Service Coordinators, Support coordinators and Recruitment Managers.
- Ensure rostering is fair and balanced and provides support to worker safety and participant compatibility
- Develop strategies to communicate scheduling issues with all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate roster information within designated business systems to keep relevant parties updated and informed.
- Engagement with staff selection, training, competency, and compatibility
- Support with after-hours rostering on a rotating basis

**What we are looking for**:

- Rostering or scheduling experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in rostering staff in a medium organisation and across multiple sites
- Making sure the cleaning tasks are carried out well. Does administrative duties. Prepares paperwork such as drafting budget reports, maintaining staff records, assigning cleaning tasks and taking inventories. Converses well with external and external guests.
- Excellent communication, the ability to work well in a team environment and independently and proactively
- Be creative by nature, where problem-solving and thinking outside the square come quickly to you;
- Be able to pick up processes and procedures in an efficient manner
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Current WWCC and Police Check or willingness to obtain before commencement in the role
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMS)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blacktown, NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
