What does the job look like?

The Functional Analyst will be responsible for developing the capability, supporting, and giving guidance to key stakeholders, including Business and IT. This will include primarily working on project or product (specially BY TMS) development tasks, as required for Digital Freight Network (DFN) program deployment across business units.
Key areas:

- Strong expertise in configurations and testing of TMS (preferred BY)
- Prepare and review solution documentations
- Understanding of TMS API and Infrastructure
- Knowledge of transportation end to end processes
- Knowledge of freight rating structures and tariff modelling
- Understanding of transportation optimization process

Are you the one?

You will be providing key stakeholders support and guidance in all aspects of DFN capability solution and contributing to the overall transport solution strategy.
To excel in this role, you will possess excellence in supply chain & logistics domain knowledge, functional/techno-functional skills in TMS (preferred BY), stakeholder engagement and problem-solving way of working. You can demonstrate:

- Implementation experience essential
- Experienced in full development lifecycle in TMS (preferred BY) - solution blueprint, system design, build, test, deploy and business stabilization/ hyper care
- Teamwork and diversity, able to work towards common goals in an open and collaborative and inclusive manner
- Ability to use analytical thinking by analyzing problems, makes sound judgments and develops appropriate solutions
- Set and meet challenging objectives, initiate action, and commit to clear outcomes
