Concreter Traineeship

We are currently looking for a 1st or 2nd Year trainee concreter to join our team.

**About our Business**
Equipt Concrete Group Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business employing a small crew of individuals who are passionate about concrete. Our work is based all over Sydney metro, however based in Seven Hills NSW. The position will be full time, taking into consideration additional study periods. We are willing to work with you.

We are prepared to invest our time in training the right individual with skills that will benefit their career in the construction industry.

**Duties will include (but not be limited to)**:

- Concrete placement
- Concrete finishing
- General labouring duties
- Assist other trades where necessary

**Essential**
- Certificate III in Concreting
- Construction Industry Induction Card
- Genuine desire to further their career in the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team or on their own
- Ability to listen to instruction and carry out tasks to the best of their ability
- Be trustworthy and reliable
- Be safety conscious

**Preferred**
- Drivers licence and reliable transport
