Structures Foreman

I represent a well-respected property development and building company that has been operating for over 20 years in Southeast Queensland. Their project work has included townhouse and high-rise apartment developments, commercial buildings, student accommodation, schools, childcare centres, and other residential projects.

We are now seeking an experienced Structures Foreman for a residential project underway in
**Brisbane’s Northern suburbs**

**About the Role**:
**As the Structures Foreman**, you will work alongside the Site Manager, Construction Manager and General Foreman to deliver a multi-storey residential apartment building.
**Your core responsibilities** are to plan, organise, coordinate, and oversee the operational works of a designated area and complete project objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage site staff and Subcontractors
- Forecast resources and works for up to 2 weeks in advance
- Schedule all work in a cost-effective manner
- Involvement in daily pre-starts and weekly toolbox meetings
- Ensure Work Health and Safety processes are being followed
- Deliver a compliant and high-standard project

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Foreman (or similar) with a structures background
- Experience in high-rise residential building and construction projects
- Hold a Construction White Card
- Proven ability to manage and lead Subcontractors
- Effective communication skills
