Our client is experienced supplying, fabricating and installation of structural steel. They have been in business for many years and due to a large increase in work are now looking for a structural steel detailer/drafter.

Software used is Tekla Structures Software or knowledge of CAD.

You will have abilities / experience in:

- Ability to interpret architectural/engineers documents and translate those requirements to detailed drawings
- A sound knowledge of the building/commercial and industrial practices is essential
- Cad (Version 2000 or better) knowledge of Tekla Structures software
- Detailing of connections for beams, columns, bracing and other steel elements and determine belting and

welding requirements
- Development and editing of detailed shop drawings and layout drawings for steel erection
- Sound knowledge of requirement of steel erector’s requirements for layout details
- Produce detailed product listings and spreadsheets within Tekla Structures
- System administration and customisation experience in Tekla

You will have experience using Tekla and or of Autocad. Your attention to detail is essential.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Adelaide, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
