## Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transportation**: Safely drive the property investor to business meetings, property viewings, and other related appointments using the company-provided car.
- **Scheduling & Calendar Management**: Maintain and manage the investor's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and property visits efficiently.
- **Property Research**: Assist in researching potential property investments, gathering relevant information, and preparing reports.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle various administrative tasks
- **Errands**: Perform various errands and personal tasks as needed to support the investor's professional and personal life.
- **Communication**: able to presented in both English and Mandarin, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal matters.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected tasks.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the real estate or property investment industry.
- Familiarity with local property markets and research methods.
