Reporting to the CFO and managing a large team you will be responsible for the overall finance function. The key focus will be on developing and improving the the quality of financial information through partnering with the business and providing great insights to the Board and operational leaders.**DUTIES**
- Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting for the Company;
- Perform complex scenario financial modelling and strategic analysis for the business to provide recommendations to the Exec team and Board;
- Ability to manage and lead a Financial Control team;
- Assist the company with strategic analysis across the Company;
- Build partnerships with key internal stakeholders & Senior Management to help drive the business.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience within a large Infrastructure or Property businesses looked upon favourably
- Strong team management & communication skills
- Qualified CA, CPA or CFA
