We are seeking for an experienced Information Manager to join our team within the Federal Government Department in Canberra.

The Information Manager is required to manage the information repositories, including Objective Records Management System, SharePoint, Capability One, and key information management across the Defence Protected Network (DPN) and the Defence Secret Network (DSN) for the LC4 Capability Management Office (CMO). The Information Manager will fulfil the role of LC4 workflow coordinator, SharePoint Lead Content Manager, and introduce and manage Objective and Outlook workflows as appropriate. In addition, the Information Manager will assess and plan for the introduction of ERP and support to the Army SharePoint migration. This role works within the Capability Management Office (CMO) supporting the SO1 Capability Management and LC4 Governance Manager.

**Essential Criteria**:
Demonstrated ability to engage with Defence stakeholders including ADF, APS and contractors.

Demonstrated experience in information management and policy.

Background in government archives policy.

Ability to understand business processes and build supporting information tools and processes.
