Our Community Learning & Library team are looking for energetic, passionate, customer-focussed individuals to join our team at Campbelltown City Council.

The Community Learning and Library Services Team focuses on delivering innovative and responsive services to our community. The team has shared values that are vital to our success; these values define who we are and how we operate. Visitor and Library Assistants play a pivotal role in the delivery of visitor and library services and programs to the community. If you are passionate about customer service and team work and enjoy a busy and varied environment, we would like to hear from you.

- You will have exception customer services skills and enthusiasm to provide information to a diverse range of visitors and library users.
- Demonstrated capacity to undertake office administration and cash handling experience.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, communicating with a wide range of customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Have an aptitude and curiosity for new technology, a committment to continous learning, and enthusiasm for problem solving.
- You will be adaptable and have strong emotional intelligence.
- COVID-19 Vaccination or Medical Contraindication Certificate upon commencement.
- Commitment to living our values of: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Trust and Optimism. Must be available to work weekends.
