The position requires working collaboratively with other members of the secondary and whole school teams. Literacy and numeracy are our curriculum priorities and involve the development and implementation of a range of high impact learning strategies, outlined in the site improvement plan that support learner's needs and backgrounds. Facilitation of proactive and positive student behaviour initiatives are also required, with a commitment to developing students' wellbeing through the site's WeMatter initiative. This focuses on embedding The Resilience Project GEM practices. A commitment to differentiate learning for individual students exists through ILPs for every child along with engaging parents and the community.
