(Permanent Part-Time - 19hrs per week)

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and ironing, to maintain high-quality standards.
- Handle invoicing and appointment booking to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and manage laundry inventory efficiently.
- Uphold exceptional attention to detail to meet customer preferences and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with team members to streamline laundry processes.
- Maintain a clean and tidy laundry area at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Drivers licence
- Prior experience in laundry services is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for delivering top-notch laundry solutions to customers.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Physical capability to handle laundry-related duties, such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
