Establish a career in a diverse range of HR processes
- Structured training and mentoring program
- Strong career development investment

**About Inject**

**Why Work With Us**
- You will develop a career centred around how to help businesses build engaged and high performing workplace cultures
- Every person at Inject has a structured career development plan that is discussed at least quarterly with most people starting off as a graduate
- The team is full of like-minded people who are highly supportive of one another
- The competition is only with ourselves and if you want to progress faster or develop at a more steady pace, we can facilitate the right plan for your growth

**About You**

Your background is not as important as how you go about your work and helping with others. You are looking to be trained in the right way and pro-actively develop yourself as best you can - you love learning. You are highly motivated, but you are also grounded in terms of understanding that you need a lot more experience. You are open to the fact that you may not know everything just yet.

Perhaps most importantly, you are someone who has a keen interest in learning about employee performance and how effective Human Resource Management can lead to effective team performance. You have strong views around hiring the right person being one of the most important things that a business can do. You may have looked into HR positions and found that a lot of them are admin based - which is not what you are interested in. You are wanting a role with diversity, which will have you working on developing KPIs through to recruiting high performing people for our clients.

**About the Role**

You’ll begin as an Associate and the plan is to develop you towards a Consultant level within the first two years. Your duties within the first 6-12 months will see you work across Recruitment and Human Resources, some of the tasks include:

- Initiating the hiring process by participating and documenting job briefs with clients to deeply understand the position details
- Coordinating with hiring managers and providing them with regular updates on the progress of their role
- Going onsite to visit clients to build relationships, whilst running through recruitment and HR processes
- Coordinating the administrative functions in Employment Hero such as adding and updating policies, onboarding and offboarding staff members and adding quarterly reviews

**What We’re Looking For**

To be successful in this opportunity you must be able to tick the list below:

- Experience in customer service
- Experience or knowledge in the impact of effective Human Resource processes - this could be through your own observations or experiences and/or through tertiary study.

**What Next**
- Your resume and a cover letter, explaining why this role appeals to you

Only those with unrestricted, permanent working rights in Australia need apply.
