Medical Receptionist

The role involves:

- Answering phones
- Meeting and greeting patients in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Patient appointment bookings and management
- Triage arriving patients
- Experience and knowledge of billings for Medicare / workcover and utilising the EFTPOS terminal.
- Scanning and updating all patient related correspondences and results
- Assist in ordering, receiving and stocking of office supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of waiting room
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
