THE ROLE
Are you
- An experienced Project Advisor with a focus on working with Aboriginal communities?
- Experienced in the planning and implementation of highly complex or large-scale social infrastructure projects?
- Passionate about collaboration and partnership between the non-profit sector and government?
- Experienced in leading negotiations, commercial contracting and procurement activities with multiple stakeholders?

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Communication with key stakeholders (including the Aboriginal community sector and the community housing sector) on the key requirements of capital funding programs.
- Providing expert advice and feedback to Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations on the structure of proposals and partnership arrangements consistent with key performance markers of the applicable funding program.
- Provide expert advice to Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations to develop credible, detailed bid proposals particularly in the areas of residential property development including site due diligence, planning approval process, preliminary works, procurement of consultants, procurement of Builder/ Developer and Construction Program management.
