**About the Role**

To proactively support the delivery of OD&C activity across Restaurants and Support Office to ensure that we are providing an engaging employee experience through learning & leadership development, the way we communicate and the culture we create. You will provide administrative and reporting and compliance support as well as having the opportunity to develop in all areas of the team through the leading small projects.

You will be responsible for:

- Scheduling workshops for our Learning and development and Leadership development programs
- Organising training materials for vaiour courses
- Management of learning events, including; managing bookings, confirming venues and resources
- Collation of evidence to support the OD&C Team in evaluating and developing learning programs and managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data management and evaluation of our Traineeship Program, internal Learning & Development and Leadership Development Programs
- Tracking and maintaining training data within our Learning Management system.
- Preparing training reports as required

**What we are looking for?**
- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Experience providing administrative support to a number of stakeholders
- Organising, scheduling, and coordinating training for delegates
- Previous Administrative experience
- Previous experience of generating reports
- Knowledge of e-learning systems (bonus)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel knowledge
