Direct Personnel are on the hunt for Factory Hands to join a great team in Carrara.
This role involves working a Monday to Friday 38+ hour roster with a 5am start each day.
**What we need from you**:
- Drivers license and reliable transport is essential.
- Pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
- Experience working in the Boat Building industry will be highly regarded.
- Hand & power tool experience.
- Physically fit as there is repetitive work and heavy lifting involved.
- A good attitude with the desire to learn from the best in the industry.
