**Job Opportunity: HR Professional with Cert IV or Higher**
SCS, a dedicated non-profit charity supporting the elderly and those in need, is seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as we work toward becoming an accredited aged care provider. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in a growing organization, with full-time employment available upon successful registration.
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the registration process for aged care provider accreditation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes to build a capable team for future operations.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support for organizational growth.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Certificate IV in HR or higher qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred).
- Knowledge of aged care compliance and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Passion for supporting the elderly and contributing to community care.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
