**About this role**:
Programmed Care is looking for a compassionate, caring and supportive Disability Support Workers committed to regular and consistent shifts based in Perth Northern Suburbs.

**Duties include, but are not limited too**:

- Personal Care
- Manual Handling
- Community Access
- Companionship
- Domestic Duties

**To be considered for this rewarding role you must be able to provide the following**:

- Current Certificate III Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
- Minimum six months experience, in an aged care facility, in-home support, community-based role
- Valid Australian Driver's License, Reliable, and Registered Vehicle and current Car Insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Clearance
- Evidence of Covid & Flu Vaccinations
