**About the Opportunity**

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Marketing to execute the strategic marketing plan to increase the awareness and profile of Flight Centre Travel Academy. You will assist in retention and acquisition programs, generating leads through innovative and smart data-driven marketing.

This role is perfect for someone looking to get exposure across all roles in marketing and grow a brand under the guidance of an experienced marketing leader.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assisting in the execution of the brand marketing plan to drive acquisition, retention and growth
- Growing customer databases with quality members using the CRM and set KPIs to measure success
- The improvement and monitoring of the website
- Working on growing customer numbers through specific strategies
- The creation, monitoring and reporting of paid performance activity across search and social media
- Marketing support including responding to and escalating customer feedback, questions and complaints in a timely manner

**About you**:

- Minimum one to three years' marketing experience
- Completed or studying a Marketing degree/qualification
- An understanding of analytics and reporting, with the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
- Exposure to airline, hotel, Travel and Tourism industry will be well regarded
