**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a full-time, skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our busy Brisbane office in a forward-facing role within the energy and training industry working with our SAAS product SkillPASS and its users

As one of our customer success associates, you will play a vital role in delivering first class customer support to our national client base, and act as a key resource for platform expertise and advocation for client experience that will help to inform product development. Every day you will work to build your SkillPASS platform experience and gain a deep industry understanding, using these skills to provide and advise clients in your interactions where SkillPASS is a critical part of their daily operations.

We take a hands-on, and proactive approach to customer service here at SkillPASS, and in this role you are our central champion to carry out this mission. You will be interacting with our users from all levels of industry, ranging from administrative and HR users, to top asset managers and some of the largest Energy corporations in the world.

With Industry and its people at the heart of its success, SkillPASS is looking for someone to be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to SkillPASS
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure all communication is documented and recorded appropriately.
- Job Scheduling and;
- Other day to day administrative tasks.
- With Industry and its people at the heart of its success, SkillPASS is looking for someone who has/can:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably those with a strong trade/contractor focus such as in the electro, construction, training industry or a related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
- Emotional intelligence and an empathetic propensity to read between the lines and understand what the client is saying, and what they mean
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- The ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Patience, and the ability to remain calm and even-keeled while adapting to a variety of situations
- Positive energy

**Qualifications**

Year 12 Certificate or Equivalent

**Education**

Bachelor Degree preferred [any]. Otherwise, tertiary education in business, human resources, engineering, computers or equivalent. Or a strong work history in a related environment also very considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $59,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
