Your new job
The Health Service Receptionist and Support Administrator will provide Front of House (FOH) and operational support across all elements of Orygen, including Specialist clinics, primary care services and research.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, Parkville Hub you will:

- Provide general administration, reception, switchboard and medical records services at our Parkville site.
- Deliver a professional and caring customer focussed service, often as the first point of contact and communication for patients, their families and visitors.
- Obtain and manage client information in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring confidentiality and privacy standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with other administrative staff, managers, clinical and medical staff and multidisciplinary teams

About you
You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate warmly and effectively with young people, their families and a diverse range of health and community service providers.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of confidential reception and administrative services, including a high level of word processing skills.
- Ability to operate with mínimal supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated computer skills with all Microsoft programs, and ability to learn other computer database programs
