**Job Description**:
Toll Group is seeking a process driven Control Tower Manager to drive innovation, continuous improvement and optimise transport services within our Mining, Oil and Gas division here in Queensland. Reporting to the Regional Manager - East, this role will base locally out of our Karawatha Control Tower, and lead a team of over 10 people to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial value to Toll Group.

This role will be accountable for ensuring structured end to end processes across functions such a planning, scheduling and monitoring, supporting by technology solutions. Use your expert collaboration and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain close working relationships with senior executives, and customers to ensure an optimised transport network operation.

As the Control Tower Manager, you will:

- Have a relentless focus on network optimisation, and provide thought leadership and direction to drive efficiencies in the Toll Group transport network.
- Process, review, and implement new initiatives directly within the Control Tower.
- Manage a team of direct reports, inspiring high performance and delegating daily tasks.
- Support and manage the talent acquisition activities across the Toll Mining, Oil and Gas division in Queensland.
- Champion safety across a geographically dispersed operation, ensuring all staff subscribe to Toll's Safety Obsessed mindset.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in people leadership within a corporate office environment, with an operational or transport background highly regarded.
- Solid capability to analyse current processes and ensure optimization initiatives are implemented.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to all levels of the operations.
- Strong stakeholder management ability with internal and external relationships building focus.
