Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Consultant to join Service Stream.
About the Role

Service Stream are currently seeking a Property Consultant to join our growing company. You will be responsible for managing, negotiating and securing agreement with landowners for the establishment of new telecommunications facilities and overseeing the obtainment of all necessary consents for site upgrades.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Sydney,Melbourne,Brisbane,Adelaide

Reporting Line: SAED Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for:

- Undertake site acquisition and property activities for new and existing telecommunications sites.
- Review existing telecommunications lease and licence agreements for upgrades to existing sites to determine consent requirements
- Negotiate lease and licence agreements that meet the legal, financial and property management requirements
- Prepare legal instructions and track progress of legal negotiations through to completion
- Lease instruction/negotiation
- All Lessor liaison including arranging access for survey, design and, build visits
- Prepare FYR packs (as applicable)
- B-end property approvals
- Inputs to carrier Co-lo packs - property
- Act as the contact point for access and property owners

This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes, and a knack for effective stakeholder engagement.

About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in technical, engineering, project management and/or a related discipline, combined with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of services operations management.
- Experience in an operations delivery role and in the management, implementation and delivery of services and processes.
- Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs.
- Good interpersonal skills to manage expectations and influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Competencies include; Interpersonal Ability, Planning and Organising, Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking, Technology and Process.
