FULL TIME Property Caretaker/Cleaner - use of a company car & cleaning products supplied

We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Cleaner/Caretaker to join our team and help maintain our holiday rental properties to the highest standards.

We are a reputable property rental management company specialising in providing exceptional guest experiences. Our properties are located in sought-after destinations and cater to guests looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of holiday rental properties between guest stays.
- Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas are meticulously cleaned, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfection.
- Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding as required.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
- Inspect and report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the management team promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and adhering to cleanliness standards.
- Communicate with the management team regarding any specific guest requests or special cleaning instructions.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report when reordering is necessary.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or fixing minor issues as needed.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in cleaning and housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or holiday rental setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate usage.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the reservations

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipswich, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
