Ramsgate Beach House (RBH) is a brand new beachside venue. We offer dine in in an elegant coastal setting and takeaway through our RBH Kiosk. We are looking for experienced floor staff who pride themselves in providing exceptional service to join our young and dynamic team. We are looking for outgoing professionals who can stay calm under pressure and have fun while they’re at it. We have a range of hours that would suit full time and part time. If you love food, drinks and hospitality and love engaging with people we want you on the RBH team

Ramsgate Beach House is a licenced venue open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The RBH Kiosk opens out onto the beach and promenade.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide an unforgettable experience for our diners
- Taking orders, recommending food and drinks
- Serving food and drinks
- Using POS system to take orders and communicate customers dietary concerns with chefs
- Clearing tables
- Assist in maintaining RBH’s high customer service standards
- Liase with managers to provide excellent service

**You must have**
- Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Love interacting with customers
- Must be flexible and available to work early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Valid RSA 18+
- Work well in a team environment
- Australian work rights
