Are you looking to kick-start or recommence your career in Banking and Financial Services, then the Qudos Bank Traineeship is for you This is an exciting opportunity to gain on the job experience while also pursuing relevant study. We partner with the Institute of Strategic Management to offer successful applicants a 12-month employment contract and a fully funded place in one of the following certificate courses of your choice:

- Certificate III in Financial Services
- Certificate IV in Banking Services

What will you do and what will you learn?

**As a successful applicant, you can expect**:

- Comprehensive induction training which will enable you to develop technical skills within the financial services industry, learn about various financial products and the relevant soft skills to ensure success in your role
- Dedicated study sessions with the guidance of a program advisor and a Qudos Bank People leader to coach to assist you with your studies
- Ongoing feedback and coaching sessions to support your development in your role
- You will also gain exposure to departments such as Branch Network, Contact Centre, Lending Operations and Third Party

**What do you need to be successful?**

We are looking for individuals who having the following skills and attributes:

- Passionate about customer service and an interest in Banking
- A motivated self-starter
- The ability to adapt to work effectively in new situations and environments
- A high level of professionalism
- Willingness to learn
- Prepared to balance employment and studies
- No previous qualifications or studies required
