- This is an exciting time to be a part of our "Bluestar Team" as we experience growth and demand in our Community Services.- The Payroll / Rostering Officer is part of a team we call "BlueStar" and you will be responsible our internal payroll processes and providing support and assistance to BlueStar Clients and Support Workers through on going effective roster allocation and accurate processing of fortnightly payroll/administration functions. You will assist support workers with payroll queries and help develop cost effective staff rosters to ensure client needs are met whilst providing staff with optimum working hours.- The level of support includes, but is not limited to: processing of client's shift requests, client matching, completing shift schedules, liaising with staff to ensure that shifts are filled and supporting payroll administrative tasks.**What you will bring**
- Previous experience in payroll/rostering functions in the community aged care sector
- Your previous work has involved meeting targets for rostered hours and care services
- Demonstrated success in working in response to critical timed outcomes
- You have consistently communicated with a wide variety of stakeholders in your previous roles
- A customer service mindset to meet the needs of the clients
- Respectful and patient communication to clients, support workers and colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail
