In this role as Team Leader, you will support our Aged Care Support Workers and Domestic Assistants in the direct care of clients within our East Metro area. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and performance management - stepping in to provide direct care (when required) within a wellness framework. Additionally, you will manage trainees and volunteers in your area.

You will work Monday - Friday - 8.00am - 4.00pm located at our Helen’s Place Offices (Middle Swan), other Rise locations or work-from-home - depending on the day’s priorities

**Here at Rise, we nurture potential. But we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following**:

- Qualifications in Certificate III in Ageing Support/Community Services and/or equivalent industry experience
- Experience within residential or home care and understanding of Home Care Packages and related legislation or equivalent industry / sector experience
- Experience managing a large team of staff with ability to influence positively and optimistically
