**_ The Position_**

This is a dynamic role where the main duties are to support the Executive Chef in the management of the kitchenhand team, oversee the day to day cleanliness of the kitchen and help with the setting up and packing down for retail and function events.

This is a full-time 5 day a week role including weekend and public holiday shifts with main hours being approximately 7am-3.30pm.

**_ The Person_**
- Previous experience of 5+ years as a head steward or similar role
- Drivers licence a must
- Energetic and Vibrant personality who thrives in a fast paced and busy environment
