You will need to be able to support brokers throughout the loan process, be able to analyse and assess credit and understand loan borrowing capacity, as well as manage compliance and process. As well as using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships internally and externally.

**About you**:

- Experience as a Credit Analyst OR in a support-based mortgage broking role
- Strong ability to support a team, work to great outcomes and celebrate success
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A passion for helping people achieve their home ownership and financial dreams
- An openness to develop new skills, enjoying a challenge and solving problems

**About the role**:

- Work closely with brokers to understanding clients’ goals, needs and loan borrowing capacity
- Assessing and analysing credit and borrowing capacity, analysing supplied documentation, matching to banks product and customer needs
- Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
