Dental Assistants

We are excited to be recruiting for a number of amazing opportunities that have become available due to the rapid expansion of this state-of-the-art Dental Clinic in Ringwood.

Centrally located & with parking available, this is not an opportunity to be missed.

We are offering a Full-Time Reception role with the ability of flexible hours.

Someone with at least 1yr experience in a similar role is desired but we are happy to train someone with the right attitude.

You will work with a team of 2 other supportive receptionists who can support you with your success in the role.

Your responsibilities would involve;
- Being the face of our business
- Patient care
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient Follow up
- Payment processing including Hicaps, DVA and Medicare

Hourly rate is dependant on experience, our salary range is between $20-35 p/h

We are also looking for 2 x Trainee or Junior Dental Assistants

No previous experience necessary as we are happy to train, we will also consider experienced applicants.

The role will enable you to learn all aspects of dental assisting, with our team providing dedicated, on the job training, support, and mentoring.

The Heart of the Role:

- Instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Chair side assist our dentists across various dental procedures
- Assisting with patient management; building relationships with all patients
- Operating and co-operate within the OH&S policy and program initiatives and guidelines
- Assisting with administration tasks as required

What you’ll bring:

- Dental assisting experience highly regarded but not essential
- Certificate III in dental assisting highly regarded but not essential
- A displayed interest in the dental industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High emphasis on patient care and their dental goals

Hourly rate is also dependant on experience, our salary range $20-$35 p/h
