**About the Role**

We are seeking an energetic and innovative CSSD Team Leader with a strong team focus to assist in the day to day coordination of the Central Sterilising Stores Department activities.

In this role you will be required to lead a busy team of CSSD Technicians to ensure departmental tasks are achieved in an effective and efficient manner. This position requires an individual with the ability to be a positive role model and a passionate mentor.

The ability to work a rotating 7-day roster is required.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be a positive role model with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will have exceptional communication skills and will be a passionate mentor with the capability to support and assist in the leadership of a team of professionals.

You will also demonstrate;
- Grade 4 Sterilising Services, or working towards obtaining such qualification
- Minimum 3 (three) years’ CSSD experience essential with leadership experience highly desirable
- Orthopaedic Loan set management experience desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of standards & AS4187 requirements
- Experience in competency assessment and staff training
- A Cert IV in Sterilising or Training & Assessment will be highly desirable

**Remuneration**

On offer is an hourly rate of **$**37.77** + superannuation based on experience and qualifications.
