We are looking for an NDIS Intake & Support Officer who is passionate about connecting with NDIS participants wishing to engage with CatholicCare's supports and services. CatholicCare has been committed to assisting NDIS & Aged Care participants to achieve their goals of enhanced independence and meaningful local community connections. The overall aim of the Aged & Disability Team is to empower people to live a full life in line with their physical, emotional, social and cultural needs and that they remain living independently in their own home and connected to their communities. As a member of the Aged & Disability team you will have the opportunity to provide support in relation to participant engagement and be the first point of contact for new participants.

The position is full-time 38 hours per week. The salary range for this position is from $39.26 - $42.30 per hour.

**Our requirements to provide care**
- Relevant Diploma or post-secondary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in the disability field
- A sound working knowledge of the NDIS with a willingness to further develop knowledge base
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer focussed skills
- Experience in assisting management of complex enquiries with competing priorities and deadlines
- A NSW drivers' licence
- NDIS Worker check
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Has received three doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine; or has been issued with a Medical Contraindication Certificate on the prescribed NSW Health form, exempting from vaccination.
