The Government and Executive Support Services team sits in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer in Corporate Services and leads whole of Corporate Services operations and delivery, Cluster administration of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) and management of the Cluster information management platform (eApprovals).

**About the role**:
Exciting opportunity to join the eApprovals Support team in Corporate Services.

As the successful applicant you will:

- Perform back-end and front-end operational, technical and maintenance support activities for the eApprovals system
- Provide an exceptional customer service offering to 3000 users of eApprovals via the ServiceNow platform
- Support delivery of training in best-practice use of eApprovals
- Contribute to, develop and implement practical solutions to business processes
- Conduct compliance audit and reporting requirements
- Manage and assist with rapidly changing and competing priorities
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Bring a strong customer focus to all aspects of the role
- Be accountable for work outputs with mínimal supervision.

Salary Grade 3/4, with the base salary for this role starting at $79032 base plus superannuation
